Hard wax beans — pro-level waxing
Hard wax beans are the tool for strip-free, precise hair removal: melt them in a heater, apply to the skin, wait until they set, then pull off by hand with no strip. Gentler on the skin than traditional wax, so ideal for sensitive areas (face, underarms, bikini line).
Powder beans add extra grip for short, stubborn hair, and the Carbon (activated charcoal) variant has a deep-cleansing effect. The beans come in pouches and work with any wax heater.
How to use: melt the beans, spread a thicker layer in the direction of hair growth, let set for 5–10 seconds, then lift the edges and pull off against the growth.
Hard wax beans FAQ
What’s the difference between hard wax beans and wax strips?
Beans need heating but remove hair strip-free, more gently and more precisely — ideal for sensitive areas. Wax strips are ready to use and faster, but less precise.
Do I need a wax heater?
The beans must be melted — a wax heater is the most convenient, though small amounts can be melted in a water bath. Our kits are also available with a heater included.
Is it more painful than wax strips?
The opposite — hard wax grips the hair, not the skin, so it’s usually less painful, especially on sensitive areas.
