Shipping & payment
We ship with GLS across Hungary. Delivery is free on orders above 20 000 Ft — and the cash-on-delivery surcharge is waived as well.

The threshold applies to the value of the products in your basket: once it reaches 20 000 Ft, neither the delivery fee nor the cash-on-delivery surcharge is charged. You always see the exact amount in the basket before placing the order.
Choosing a parcel shop: if you pick GLS parcel shop delivery, tell us during checkout which parcel shop you want (name or address) and we will send it there.
Delivery time
Items in stock are packed and handed to GLS on working days. GLS domestic delivery then typically takes 1–2 working days. GLS notifies you by email or SMS on the day of delivery and you can track the parcel. For parcel-shop orders you are notified when the parcel arrives.
If an item happens to be unavailable, we email you and agree on the options.
Payment methods

| Card | Secure online payment through Stripe. Your card details are handled solely by Stripe and never reach us. |
| Bank transfer | After placing the order you receive the invoice by email and can transfer using the details on it. We dispatch once the payment arrives. |
| Cash on delivery | You pay on receipt, to the courier or at the parcel shop. Surcharge +500 Ft, free above 20 000 Ft. |
Invoice
We issue an electronic, NAV-compliant invoice for every order and send it by email. Invoices are issued through Bizonylat. For business purchases we record your VAT number on your account and the invoice is issued with the company details.
Receiving and returning
Please check the parcel on arrival. If it arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, let us know — we cover the return cost of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. For the 14-day right of withdrawal and how to send something back, see Returns & refunds.
