Shipping & payment
We deliver to your door, to a parcel shop or to a parcel locker, you can collect from our shop, and we ship to the countries of the European Union. Delivery in Hungary is free above 20 000 Ft — and so is the cash-on-delivery fee.

Fees depend on the value of the products in the basket: once it reaches 20 000 Ft, there is no delivery fee and no cash-on-delivery fee. You always see the exact total at checkout, before you place the order.
Parcel shop or locker: choose the point at checkout — we send the parcel there, and the carrier lets you know when it has arrived.
Collection: Pacsuli Szépségápolási Szaküzlet, 8200 Veszprém, Őrház u. 9, Hungary. We e-mail you as soon as your order is ready.
Shipping abroad
We deliver to your door across the European Union. The fee is calculated from the parcel's weight and the destination country, and you see it at checkout as soon as you choose the country. Lockers and cash on delivery are not available abroad, and free delivery applies to orders within Hungary. Collection from the shop can be chosen from anywhere.
Delivery time
Items in stock are packed on working days and handed to the courier. Within Hungary delivery usually takes 1–2 working days; the courier notifies you by e-mail or SMS on the day and you can track the parcel. Abroad it takes longer, depending on the country.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we let you know by e-mail and agree on the options.
Payment methods

| Cash on delivery | For courier delivery within Hungary: you pay when the parcel arrives. Fee +500 Ft, free above 20 000 Ft. Not available abroad. |
| Card or cash on collection | For collection from the shop: you pay at the counter by card or in cash — you choose which when you order. |
Invoice
We issue an electronic, NAV-compliant invoice for every order and send it by email. Invoices are issued through Bizonylat. For business purchases we record your VAT number on your account and the invoice is issued with the company details.
Receiving and returning
Please check the parcel on arrival. If it arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, let us know — we cover the return cost of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. For the 14-day right of withdrawal and how to send something back, see Returns & refunds.
