Two companies are involved in running agiss.hu. The waxes and depilation products are sold and shipped by Beauty & Charm Trend Kft., while the site and the brand's Hungarian representation are handled by Verde Holding Kft. Official details for both are below.

4. Prices and VAT
Prices on this site are gross prices in Hungarian forint and include 27% Hungarian VAT — you never pay more than the total shown in your cart. 5. Manufacturer of the products
AGISS is AGIVA's professional depilation line. It is manufactured by, and the trademark is held by, Kozmotek Pazarlama Kozmetik Ith. Ih. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Istanbul, Türkiye — agiva.com.tr). AGIVA's hair styling and hair care ranges are on our sister site, agiva.hu.
6. Hosting and technical stack
The static part of the site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA); the webshop application layer (accounts, orders) runs on Fly.io, Inc. Card payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., so card details never reach us. Invoices are produced through Bizonylat.
7. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please bring any complaint to us first, using the contact details above. If we cannot reach agreement, as a consumer you have these options:
- Conciliation board (békéltető testület) — a free, simplified procedure for consumer disputes. Based on the seller's registered seat, the Fejér County Conciliation Board has jurisdiction; contact details for all boards are at bekeltetes.hu. We have a duty to cooperate in these proceedings.
- Consumer protection authority — the consumer protection body of the competent government office: fogyasztovedelem.kormany.hu.
- Court proceedings — your claim can also be enforced in civil litigation.
